I've misplaced my card/my card was stolen. What should I do now?

If you have misplaced your Think Local Card, you should notify us immediately. To report your card lost or stolen:

  1. Go to your card settings on your cardholder dashboard. Click "Report Lost/Stolen" and provide as much information as possible regarding your missing card, OR
  2. Contact customer support by calling 855-929-0799.
